Our Story
Pharmacy Focused was built on a simple idea: pharmacy recruitment works better when the person on the other end of the phone actually understands pharmacy.
The business is led by Harry Broadhurst, who came into recruitment after years working inside the dispensary. Harry has managed a pharmacy team, worked as a dispenser then an ACD, and lived the day-to-day pressure of running a busy site. He's also spent time on the recruitment side, placing pharmacists and support staff across the UK. That combination is rare, and it's the reason our clients trust us with roles they wouldn't hand to a generalist.
We're a small, deliberately specialist team. Pharmacy is all we do. We know the GPhC standards, we know the difference between a candidate who looks good on paper and one who'll still be there in twelve months, and we know how much a bad hire costs a pharmacy. Behind Harry sits an experienced advisory team with a long track record in pharmacy recruitment, giving the business depth without losing the personal touch our clients value.
